Terms of Service

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of D4 Build Tracker ("the app"), a personal, non-commercial project operated by Jeff May. By using the app you agree to them.

Access

The app is offered by invitation and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Access may be removed from any account at the operator's discretion, including for misuse.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details and the site password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add, such as photos and notes. You allow the app to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Game advice

Build plans, item scores, and advisor answers are generated automatically from public guides and AI models. They may be incomplete or wrong. Use them as guidance, not as a guarantee.

No affiliation

The app is a fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, Icy Veins, or any build site. Diablo and related marks belong to Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Build guide content belongs to its authors.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
